Guests are responsible for any damages.
You must clean up after yourselves and not leave trash lying around or debris for our cleaners.
Vape pens, smoke, incense, and candles are not permitted in the cabin, and a fee of $500 WILL be assessed if you violate this rule.
Please run the dishwasher before you checkout.
The maximum number of guests allowed in the home during the day is eight, and sleeping in the property is six.
Guests should not create excessive noise, use inappropriate language, or cause a disturbance for neighboring properties.
STRICTLY ENFORCED are neighborhood quiet hours from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.
If you plan to party, DO NOT BOOK THIS CABIN. It is our home, and you must treat it as such. We will cancel your reservation and ask you to leave if you cannot abide by this rule.
The owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for guests' loss of personal belongings or valuables.
By Accepting this Reservation, it is agreed that the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others' home they invite to use the premises is not the owner’s responsibility.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order; removing any items from the cabin, including living and kitchen furnishings, is not permitted.
Parking: You may park vehicles on our property.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the cabin.
Please lock all doors and windows upon departure. Any garbage must be stowed in the bear-proof receptacle located outside the porch.
Hot Tub: No children under the age of 14 may be permitted in the hot tub at any time without adult supervision. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, and replenish chemicals prior to arrival, so it IS POSSIBLE the water will NOT be hot the moment you arrive. It takes time for the new water to cycle and heat.
DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVER. When not using the hot tub, leave the cover on to keep the water warm. You assume all health risks associated with hot tub use. Failure to comply with the above rules will result in possible additional charges. Booking through Airbnb assigns your consent to all terms listed under “House Rules."

Coco’s Cantina is seasonally open at the pool! More than just a concession stand, it features a wide range of food by a professionally trained chef, including a kids’ menu and a special summer menu! Delivery is available for all cabins in the resort, and specialty dishes are available by request.

Getting around

The neighborhood is on a wide, paved, winding road to the top of the mountain. No particular vehicle is required to drive in our Resort neighborhood. Parking is easy and large enough for several vehicles.
