The cabin features a full kitchen & bonus stand-alone game room with classic air hockey & infinity table! Well behaved woof woof's welcome, at no additional charge!

You MUST clean up after yourselves and not leave trash laying round, animal waste, or debris for our cleaners.

Vape pens, smoke, incense, candles are not permitted in bungalow and a fee of $500 WILL be assessed if you violate this rule.

Please run the dishwasher before you checkout.

Max number of guests allowed in the bungalow during the day are six (6), and sleeping in the property is five (5).

Guests should not create excessive noise, use inappropriate language, or cause a disturbance for neighboring properties. STRICTLY ENFORCED are neighborhood quiet hours from 8pm to 8am. If you plan to party, DO NOT BOOK THIS BUNGALOW. It is our home and you must treat it as such. We will cancel your reservation and ask you to leave if you cannot abide by this rule.

Owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables by guests. By Accepting this Reservation, it is agreed that the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others home they invite to use the premises are not the owner’s responsibility.

Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the bungalow, including living and kitchen furnishings, is not permitted.

Parking: You may park up to two, possibly three small vehicles, on our property. ZERO parking is available or permitted on street and you risk being towed if you park on the streets.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the bungalow.

Please lock all doors and windows upon departure.

Any garbage must be stowed in the garbage can please.

Fireplace: There is a “fireplace” onsite for ambiance purposes mostly, as we have central heat available to you in the home.

Failure to comply with the above rules will result in possible additional charges. Booking through Airbnb assigns your consent to all terms listed under “House Rules."

The space

This space is perfect for a small family of five, with one king bedroom and the other with a bunk and single bed. Plenty of seating for everyone in the dining and living room, or one either the front porch or back porches, with seemingly unlimited square footage on the decks for chilling all night long. Yard is completely fenced in to enjoy privacy and to allow your pups to play in peace.

Keyless Entry is provided to guests 24 hours prior to check in.

Additional notes

The property is located in a neighborhood, and like all neighborhoods, we want to be good neighbors. As we are sure you do, too. Please recognize quiet hours from 8pm to 8am. And this is NOT a party house. We do evict immediately if we are informed there is a party at the cabin, so please do not book this property if your intentions are anything other than to chill.
