Vape pens, smoke, incense, candles are not permitted in cabin and a fee of $500 WILL be assessed if you violate this rule.
Please run the dishwasher before you checkout.
Max number of guests allowed in the home during the day are ten, and sleeping in the property is eight.
Guests should not create excessive noise, use inappropriate language, or cause a disturbance for neighboring properties. STRICTLY ENFORCED are neighborhood quiet hours from 8pm to 8am. If you plan to party, DO NOT BOOK THIS CABIN. It is our home and you must treat it as such. We will cancel your reservation and ask you to leave if you cannot abide by this rule.
Owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables by guests. By Accepting this Reservation, it is agreed that the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others home they invite to use the premises are not the owner’s responsibility.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the cabin, including living and kitchen furnishings, is not permitted.
Parking: You may park up to three vehicles on our property. ZERO parking is available or permitted on street and you risk being towed if you park on the streets.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the cabin.
Please lock all doors and windows upon departure.
Any garbage must be stowed in the bear proof receptacle located on the porch.
Hot Tub: No children under the age of 14 may be permitted in the hot tub at any time without adult supervision. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, and replenish chemicals prior to arrival, so it IS POSSIBLE the water will NOT be hot the moment you arrive. It takes time for the new water to cycle and heat. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVER. When not using the hot tub, leave the cover on to keep water warm. Please no glass containers inside the hot tub. You assume all health risks associated with hot tub use.
Fireplace: There is a “fireplace” onsite for ambiance purposes only. It does NOT produce heat.

Comfortable and spacious bedrooms await you at this high-quality wood cabin. The sleeping configuration is super versatile to fit the needs of large families or groups of friends.

The master bedroom is situated on the main level and provides you with an inviting king-sized bed to comfortably recharge your batteries each night. A large flat-screen TV ensures that you can relax in the privacy of your own space when you want to.

A second bedroom is located on the main level, consisting of a queen-sized bed and a sofa, so you can chill out with a good book. You’ll also find a flat-screen TV here, so you won’t miss any of your favorite programs.

The jewel of the house is the upstairs loft room. Kids will adore exploring this space as it doubles up as a games room, complete with a pool table and skeeball. There’s lots of sleeping space in this roomy part of the house, with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a sleeper sofa. The only question is, “who gets the top bunk?!”

But there’s more… sneak through the side door in the loft room to reveal a secret room! A twin bed provides you with extra flexibility for sleeping arrangements, and the room is decorated in funky LED lights with unlimited color combinations! The kids will need to draw straws over who gets to sleep in here.

Each of the two bedrooms on the main floor has its own ensuite bathroom. Both cozy bathrooms have a bathtub and shower, for your convenience. These two bathrooms serve the entire house and are located inside each of the bedrooms, which are lockable.

The modern, open-concept kitchen, dining, and lounge area in this private cabin is the perfect space for your family to relax and spend precious time together.

The well-stocked kitchen is equipped with all the basics and a few luxuries! Here you’ll find all the pots, pans, and utensils you’ll need to whip up a delicious home-cooked meal (that is if you’ve exhausted your choice of the many restaurants in the area!). You even have a choice of a traditional coffee maker or Keurig coffee machine – just bring your favorite coffee with you, and you’re good to go!

Our beautiful dining table is the perfect setting for all your meals, and the open-plan layout of the room means you can flow effortlessly through the space. High ceilings and large windows ensure this room is bathed in natural light throughout the day.

Relax in the cozy living room space, complete with an ambient electric fireplace and 55” HDTV for your entertainment needs. If you need extra sleeping space, you’ll find that one of the sofas opens up into a sleeper.

Upstairs in the loft room, you’ll find lots of activities to entertain the whole family. Everyone will enjoy some friendly competition while shooting some pool or playing skeeball. If it’s raining, there are plenty of board games to pass the time.

From the lounge, you can step outside onto the wraparound outdoor deck. This wonderful extension of your living space is the perfect way to take in the natural landscape surrounding the cabin. Simply hit the pause button and enjoy the beautiful mountain views.

As the sun sets through the trees, cuddle up on the rocking chairs or the bench swing with a blanket over your knees and listen to the sound of the breeze rustling through the trees. The enclosed porch is a safe space for any little ones or four-legged family members to play outdoors.

While you’re out on the porch, why not take advantage of the hot tub for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring all the exciting attractions in the area? Our pristine hot tub sits under the shelter of the porch roof, so you can even enjoy it in the rain. There’s nothing cozier than listening to the sound of raindrops from the comfort of the hot tub!

During your stay, you’ll have access to the shared outdoor pool within Smoky Cove Resort. The pool operates seasonal hours, usually from 8am to 8pm between April and September.

Guest access

As a guest, you will not only have access to the entire cabin, but you’ll also have free on-site parking and access to the Smoky Cove Resort shared swimming pool (when in season). With plenty of activities indoors, like a pool, skeeball, and a hot tub, you won’t be short of things to do in your downtime. And while you’ll be living in one of the most beautiful nature spots in the world, you won’t be totally disconnected. The cabin has an ultrafast wifi connection running throughout to take care of any work or entertainment needs.

The cabin is pet-friendly and four-legged family members are welcome to join you on your vacation.

Not only is the cabin located in the beautiful woods of the Blue Mountain/Walden’s Creek area of Pigeon Forge, but it’s also just a short drive away to Tennessee’s top attractions, including Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and several Alpine Coasters.

We provide a complimentary starter pack full of useful things like soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. If you do find yourself needing additional supplies during your trip, then you’ll find a local market just a few minutes down the road.

COVID19 and DELTA – we care about your safety and for that reason, our cleaners take great care to sanitize our cabin before each guest stays. We go the extra mile to ensure ALL surfaces, including door handles, cabinet handles, and even TV remotes will be sanitized before your arrival.

Neighborhood overview

The Smoky Cove Resort features an outdoor pool (available traditionally Memorial Day through Labor Day), a picnic site, horseshoe pit and a community bonfire area. All community features are a bonus, and please do not consider them guaranteed usable during your stay. At times, some may be shut for weather or maintenance and we do not have control over that. This is a family friendly neighborhood that observes quiet time after 8pm, and we cannot tolerate loud music, inappropriate language, fireworks, etc during your stay. We want you to enjoy your stay, but we have neighbors that deserve to enjoy quiet enjoyment of their spaces, too. We appreciate your understanding. Finally, there are new cabins being built in the area, so it is possible to hear construction at times, even if rare, we want to make you aware.

Getting around

There is so much, so close. Get an awesome workout in in the mornings climbing the hills and valleys of the resort community. Then, hop in the car and drive just minutes to any multitude of restaurants, adventure parks, hiking trails, attractions, and shops.
